Executive Flow uses very little on your device. This page lists every storage key we set and its purpose, so you can make an informed choice under the UK PECR / EU ePrivacy rules together with the UK/EU GDPR.
sb-*-auth-token — authentication session set by our auth provider. Required to keep you signed in. Cannot be disabled.ef-privacy-consent-v1 — records your consent choices so we do not ask again. Required by law to store your decision.ea-helper-state-v1 — meetings, tasks, emails, briefings, contacts and other content you create in the app, held locally in this browser.ea-followup-rules-v1 — your saved follow-up automation preferences.ef-retention-days-v1 — your chosen retention window.ef-ai-audit-v1 — local log of every AI call (purpose, model, timestamp) so you can review what was processed.Not in use in this build. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts using the standard fonts.googleapis.com stylesheet, which sends a request to Google — no personal cookie is set by us for this purpose.
